Chapter One :Chapter 1

The hotel suite was pitch black, with Mo Chujian pinned beneath a man.

"Stop..." Mo Chujian mustered all her strength to push against the man on top of her, but a woman's strength was no match for a man's—especially when she had been drugged.

"Heh, why bother struggling? Just give in already!" Mo Chuheng sneered as he tore open her clothes.

With a sharp *rip*, Mo Chujian felt a cold rush of air against her bare shoulder as her clothing was nearly torn off.

"Mo Chuheng, you beast!!" Mo Chujian's voice trembled with fury and despair. "I'm your sister—how dare you do this to me?"

Mo Chuheng's lecherous gaze lingered on her exposed skin, his tongue flicking out in anticipation. "Cut the act. We're not blood-related—what's the harm?"

A shiver of disgust ran down Mo Chujian's spine, her skin prickling with goosebumps under his revolting stare.

"I swear, I'd rather die than let you touch me in that vile way!!" She bit her lip hard, her voice laced with defiance.

At her words, Mo Chuheng's expression darkened instantly. His eyes turned icy as he glared down at her. "You think dying is that easy?!"

With another sinister chuckle, he pressed closer, his weight crushing her beneath him.

Mo Chujian fought back the nausea and revulsion, struggling with all her might. But as time passed, the drug's effects intensified, sapping her strength until her resistance grew weaker and weaker...

Watching her teeter on the edge of consciousness, Mo Chuheng smirked coldly. He pinned her wrists and legs, lowering his head toward her neck—

Just as his lips were about to make contact, a sudden ringtone shattered the silence.

"Damn it!"

Mo Chuheng cursed viciously. Who the hell was calling at a time like this?

He was reluctant to answer, but a glance at his phone revealed the caller's identity. Shooting Mo Chujian a resentful look, he had no choice but to rise and step into another room to take the call.

"How are things progressing?" A deep, authoritative male voice came through the line.

Mo Chuheng straightened instinctively. "Father, everything has been taken care of."

"Walk me through it."

"This..." Mo Chuheng frowned, his gaze flickering toward the bed. Seeing Mo Chujian lying motionless, he assumed the sedative had taken effect. Slightly reassured, he lowered his voice and continued.

"Mo Yunzhan and Su Mo are both dead. Mo Chuxin is in a vegetative state, barely clinging to life in the hospital."

"What did you say?? Su Mo is dead??" The voice on the other end erupted in fury. "You killed her???"

Mo Chuheng's heart pounded violently. "Father, it wasn't my fault—Su Mo brought this on herself. She saw... At that point, if I hadn’t silenced her, everything would’ve been exposed..."

A long silence followed his words.

Mo Chuheng's pulse raced, but he didn’t dare hang up. He had no idea what his father was thinking—whether he would redirect his wrath toward him.

"Fine. What’s done is done. I suppose fate simply wasn’t on our side..." The man sighed heavily. "By the way, there was another one from the Mo family—Mo Chujian. Has that been handled?"

Mo Chuheng’s breath hitched, but he kept his tone steady. "Taken care of as well."

"Good. Now that it’s over, don’t linger there. Find an opportunity to return. Lay low for a while..." The call ended abruptly.

Only after confirming the line was dead did Mo Chuheng exhale slowly, a faint smirk curling his lips.

He strode back to the bed, ready to resume what he’d left unfinished—only to freeze in shock.

Mo Chujian was gone.
